+ 1.19.1 A New Begining (part 1)

In the plane
The man-made lake snaked right down the middle and into the marshes that bordered Twinbrook. Overhead Azaria could see scattered houses and blended patches of green and brown land that stretched on endlessly. It was definitely a change of scenery; a stark contrast to Bridgeport’s buzzing streets and Sunset Valley’s lush plateau.

Jared’s house
“I know it’s not much but it’s a work in progress.” Jared assured her as he led her through the front door and into the passageway.
“It’s great.” Azaria beamed; unreserved for the first time in what seemed like an age. The flight, though only a few hours long, allowed her to accept what had happened. There was nothing she could do except to deal. Jared was right. It was time to start afresh; to make up for the wasted year.

“So where are your parents?” Azaria asked remembering Mr. And Mrs. Copley as being very laid-back people.
“They’ve retired to the Maldives.” He replied as he led her downstairs to the bedroom. “It’s a pretty great way to live out your last years if you ask me. My brothers have scattered themselves all over the world too. Call me sentimental but I couldn’t part with this town.”
He went on to explain that he used his share of the family fortune to invest in the house; his childhood home had since then been bought off by a new family whose name he couldn’t remember.

He opened a door to a medium sized room furnished in green and white.
“This will be your bedroom. You can spruce it up if you want.”
Azaria’s eyes roved around the room: it was simple but tasteful.

“Well make yourself at home. I’ve gotta head over to the studio to catch up on the work I’ve missed.” He thrust a spare set of keys into her hands and caught her gaze. He was sure he saw a spark in her eye that radiated down through her fingertips and onto his own skin. But he was probably just imagining it. He jerked his hand away and darted off.

Author's Note: This is just a Filler Chapter (so to speak) until Troye's fate has been finalised. I'll be writing it in several parts (number of parts unknown probably five though).
At this point I'm totally open to suggestions so feel free pass a few my way; especially if you feel there's room for improvement. :)
